Tanz Zwicky seeks a visionary Artistic Director to lead and grow our Urban Dance department. You will develop world-class programs, nurture talent, and manage a team of instructors. Responsibilities include curriculum design, choreography, overseeing classes, competitive dance team management, marketing, and community building. The ideal candidate has 10 years of experience in urban dance and choreography, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in competitive dance and program development. Qualifications: Master’s in Choreography or related field (e.g., MA Choreography, ZHdK - Zurich University of the Arts). Swiss degrees are prioritised. Higher education in economics, business administration, and/or international relations, preferably with an emphasis on dance and arts (e.g., BSc International Trade). Experience in dance instruction, choreography, and arts management. Proven experience in curating dance festivals and events. A successful track record in project writing, budgeting, and fundraising.
